Dr. Sos Agaian is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the Graduate Center and the College of Staten Island, CUNY. Before joining CUNY, he was the Peter T. Flawn Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He also served as a Visiting Professor at Tufts University and a Lead Scientist at Aware, Inc. in Massachusetts. His research spans computational vision, machine learning, AI, multimedia security, remote sensing, and biomedical imaging. Dr. Agaian has received funding from NSF, DARPA, Google, and other agencies. He has published over 850 articles, ten books, and 19 book chapters and holds 56 patents/disclosures, many of which have been licensed. He has mentored 45 PhD students and received multiple awards for research and teaching, including the MAEStro Educator of the Year, the Distinguished Research Award, the Innovator of the Year, the Tech Flash Titans-Top Researcher Award, and recognition as an Influential Member of the School of Engineering at Tufts University. He is an Associate Editor for several journals, including the Image Processing Transaction (IEEE) and IEEE Transaction of Cybernetics. He is a fellow of the Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T), the Optical Society of America (SPIE), the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), The Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), and a Foreign Member of the Armenian National Academy. He has delivered over 35 keynote speeches, 100 invited talks, and co-founded/chaired over 200 international conferences. He has also been a Distinguished IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Lecturer.

Dr. Xiao-Hua Yu received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California, Irvine. Currently, she is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Dr. Yu has served on the organization and program committees of various international conferences, as well as the editorial board of several international journals. Dr. Yu’s research interests include computational intelligence and machine learning, digital signal processing, and adaptive control.

Firas AL MAHMOUD is full professor. He holds a Ph.D. in strengthening reinforced concrete structures from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Toulouse, France. Accreditation to supervise research (HDR) (2016). Prof. Firas AL MAHMOUD currently works at Lorraine University in France as a structural engineering educator. He teaches at several engineering schools. He was the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Lorraine University from the 2017 – 2020 academic year. Furthermore, He also develops innovative strengthening techniques utilizing fiber-reinforced polymers and cementitious-based mortar. He supervised many Master's and PhD students. He is the author of dozens of research papers and the organizer of some international conferences.

Professor Dr. Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra, Spanish is now Professor with Chair at the University of Almería (Spain) and she was Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Granada from 1979 on. Forty four years of the teaching and researching experience. She is the Director of Research Group HUM113-Estudios Filológicos from Program of Research of Andalusian Government, where she has managed and directed several academic and scientific contracts and research projects, as well as a Member of European Scientific Institute (ESI) Team, Athens Institute for Education & Research (ATINER) in Greece, She is reviewer and member of the editorial board in several renowned scientific journals as well as member of the organizing, scientific & academic committees at prestigious international conferences. She is author of a many works on several aspects of the Arabic science and literature in the Middle Ages, as well as Arabic language and linguistics. She has also participated in different prestigious international scientific Conferences.

Dr. Zuohao Cao is a research scientist working at Environment and Climate Change Canada. He is recognized internationally and nationally for his contributions and achievements in developing novel approaches to analyze complex cyclone-cyclone interactions, and identifying reasons for the operational model missed forecast and false alarm of severe precipitation. He has transferred his research to the scientific and operational communities, helping meteorologists successfully deliver timely public snowstorm warnings. He has discovered the east-shifting of the tornado activity centers in a warming climate and disseminated this finding to the public through invited interviews by Scientific American, Insider and WAAY-TV in Huntsville.

Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction

Prof., Dr. of Sc. Kartlos Joseph Kachiashvili is Professor of Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems. He is a Member (Academician) of Georgian National Academy of Science. He also is Senior Scientific Worker of the I. Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Main Scientific Worker of Muskhelishvili Institute of Computational Mathematics. He was working in many scientific research institutes and universities in Georgia, Russia and Pakistan on the positions: engineer, scientific worker, Head of Laboratory, Head of Department, Head of National Center, Professor, Rector of Institute. He has 259 scientific works published in various esteemed reputable International Journals. He is a Member of Various (31) Professional Bodies and Editorial Boards of international scientific journals. He published seven monographs and five text-books in Georgia, Ukraine, USA and Indonesia. He has received many prestigious awards and rewards. His research interests are: Mathematical Statistics, Data Analysis (Environmental, Agricultural, Medical), Mathematical Modeling and Simulation, New Computer Technologies Development, System Analysis (Environmental Water Pollution Control Systems), Computing Mathematics, Machine Learning.

Mr. Eugene Eteris has M.Sc.in comparative European politics (1980), PhD in Law (1985) and Lic. Jura (Denmark, 1992); besides, he has a M.Sc. degree in foreign languages. During last 40 years he has been dealing with the EU politics, economy and legal issues. He has been teaching in various universities in Europe since 1980s, e.g. for over a decade in Moscow State University, and another decade as a professor at Riga Stradina University/Latvia, etc. Besides he is a member of world journalist federation; for about two decades he served as an International Editor in the web-magazine “The Baltic Course” (www.baltic-course.com). He has been a visiting professor in European universities and colleges: in Germany and Belgium, Denmark and Latvia, etc. and published several books on EU economic policies, law and integration.
